Fl10 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using fl10's services. Your use of our platform constitutes acceptance of all terms set out herein.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the fl10 website and services at fl10.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines published by fl10 from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must discontinue your use of the platform immediately.
These Terms apply to all users of the fl10 platform, including visitors without an account, registered users, and any party accessing our content or services through any device or platform.
Your continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of the latest published version.
2. Account Creation and Security
To access the full range of fl10 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for ensuring that your account details remain current and accurate at all times.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your password and all activity that takes place under your account. fl10 recommends that you:
- Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other account.
- Not sharing your login credentials with any other party.
- Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
- Report to our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Fl10 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to keep their account credentials confidential.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Fl10 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Malaysian law. You are not permitted to use this platform to:
- Any fraudulent activity, manipulation, or attempts to exploit the platform's systems.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to access or use our services without fl10's written authorisation.
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform or its services.
- Violating the privacy rights or intellectual property rights of any party.
- Accessing another user's account without authorisation.
Fl10 reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations and take appropriate action, including account suspension, permanent account closure, or referral of the matter to the relevant authorities.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the fl10 platform. By registering, you confirm that you have met the required age threshold.
4. Payment Information and Transactions
All financial transactions on the fl10 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including online banking via FPX and e-wallets such as Boost and GrabPay. fl10 does not charge any foreign currency conversion fees.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. fl10 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.
For withdrawal requests, fl10 reserves the right to require additional identity verification before approving a transaction. This is a standard fund protection procedure. Withdrawals will only be processed to the account or payment method registered under the same user's name.
Fl10 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity. Funds obtained through unlawful means may be forfeited without compensation.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policies and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Fl10 provides the platform on an "as is" basis, without any implied warranties as to its fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or the accuracy of the information displayed. fl10 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including service disruptions, data loss, or technical errors.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Fl10 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or conducted actions that are harmful to the platform or other users. Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the fl10 support team.
Intellectual Property
All content on the fl10 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of fl10 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use such content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from fl10.
Third-Party Links
The fl10 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for users' convenience. fl10 has no control over the content or policies of those websites and accepts no liability for any losses arising from your use of such third-party services.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Fl10 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page with a clearly indicated update date. Your continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
